Process

Step 1
2 Days

Show Planning

We figure out what the show’s actually about, who you want as guests, what messaging matters, and what you want people to take away from it. We’ll sort the practical stuff too: where we’re filming, what the set looks like, who’s hosting, and which talking points actually work in conversation (not just on paper). Basically, we make sure we’re all on the same page before we start setting up kit. It’s what stops your podcast becoming another forgettable corporate interview series.

2 days

Pre-Production

Before every recording session, we put together a production sheet with all the timings, guest details, and locations sorted. We’ll also work out travel logistics for our team so there’s no last-minute scrambling or showing up to the wrong place. It’s the boring admin bit that makes sure the actual recording day runs smoothly and everyone knows where they’re supposed to be and when.

Step 3
1 day

Shoot Day

We roll in at 9am, set up a full studio at your office, and start recording by 11. Depending on the length and number of guests, you can expect to get between 2 to 5 episodes recorded in a day. You’ll also get same day behind the scenes photography for you and all your guests, which is handy for LinkedIn and internal comms. We handle all the kit, all the setup, and all the pack down. You just need to show up and have conversations.

Step 4
2 weeks

Editing

This is where our post team makes everything look properly cinematic. We’ll compile all your camera angles, colour grade them so they don’t look flat and boring, and generate all your social assets depending on which package you’ve gone for. Once it’s done, our editors will email you a neat little download link so you can check everything and grab your files. No endless revision rounds or confusing file sharing systems. Just polished content ready to use.

Week 5
Step 5
1 week

Sign-off

You get two rounds of revisions to tweak anything that’s not quite right, then we lock it in. Once you’ve signed off, we’ll either send your team the final assets ready to use, or if you’ve got us on a distribution contract, we’ll kick off the rollout plan and start getting your content out there. Either way, you’re done with the production bit and can actually start using what we’ve made.
